We have been members of PCSA since1980 and have participated in their voluntary Facilities Accreditation Program since 1997. To receive such accreditation we are required to adhere to over 250 standards in 17 areas of pet care facility operations, management and customer service. For further information on PCSA you may go to their website at: WWW.PETCARESERVICES.ORG
We have been members of the Better Business Bureau since 1981 and have been a member of their honor roll since 1999. This means that we meet their standards of “truth, honesty, and fairness in the market place, as well as responsive customer service.” We also have agreed to participate in the BBB CARE program. This requires us to participate in complaint handling procedures including mediation and arbitration. For further information on the Better Business Bureau you may go to their website at WWW.BBB.COM
We have been members of the Danville Chamber of Commerce since 1970. As members we support other area businesses and new residents. The chamber and its members also organize community events to offer residents and businesses a chance to work together and promote a cooperative community spirit. For further information on the Danville Chamber of Commerce you may visit their website at WWW.DANVILLECHAMBER.COM
The Bay Area Consumers’ Checkbook has given us their top rating for quality and a 100% score from their survey of veterinarians asking them which kennel they would feel “most comfortable” leaving their own dog(s) at. For more information on Bay Area Consumers’ Checkbook you may visit them online at WWW.CHECKBOOK.ORG
